Schedule Power Rounding Now Rounds Down This is a behavioral change to flag if you’re doing reconciliation downstream. Previously, adjusted schedule power and deliverable power limits were rounded up to the nearest kW granularity increment. They now round down. The practical effect is slightly more conservative reported values — which reduces the risk of overcommitting capacity in markets where rounding up could cause a delivery shortfall. If your integration builds calculations on top of adjustedSchedulePowerkW or the deliverable power limits, verify that the direction change doesn’t affect your logic.
Ancillary Asset Creation Now Enforces SoE Boundary Validation Creating a virtual asset with FCR capacity, aFRR capacity, or maxTotalCapacitykW set now requires the StateOfEnergyBoundaryValidation feature to be enabled on the asset. Attempting to create an ancillary asset without it will return an error. If you’re seeing unexpected failures on asset creation this week, this is the most likely cause. Reach out and we can get the flag enabled for your account.
